I really enjoyed my first purchase through Bungu. The process is very simple and receiving something from Japan to the United States they were very helpful with providing all the information I needed. I did have a small problem that arose and their customer service was quick and efficient in resolving the issue.

Bungu believes in what they sell. I feel I get quality products and I am a valued customer. Items arrive in beautifully wrapped package that made it seem I was getting more than office supplies. I will continue to shop with Bungu and I highly recommend them!

Japanese stationary is my absolute favorite, and purchasing from Bungu exceeded my expectations. It delivered quite quickly to the US, and when I opened the box… well, the detail to packaging is another reason why I will be a repeat customer. 10/10!
