Refunds
At Bungu, we provide a refund if you receive a damaged or defective item. For lost or stolen items, please contact our support team through our contact form to have a representative review your case. After the review, our team will determine the most appropriate resolution.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we are happy to accommodate issues related to damaged or defective items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will investigate the problem and arrange for a replacement or provide an alternative resolution. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Lost or Missing Packages
If you do not contact us about your lost or missing package within 30 days from the date of delivery, we will not be able to provide a reshipment or refund.
Unclaimed Packages
As soon as your order is returned to our facility, we will notify you and offer you the choice of either a full refund or a reshipment. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll send a reminder after 7 days. Please contact us directly about how we should proceed with your order. After 30 days from the return date, some items may no longer be available for reshipment; in that case, we will refund the unavailable items.
