All orders from the Bungu Store are dispatched from Tokyo, Japan. We offer a range of shipping options to accommodate your needs, whether you are in the United States or another country. Order Fulfillment
All orders take between 1-4 business days to be fulfilled.
Please note that orders placed on Friday will be fulfilled on Monday. Orders placed during Japanese National Holidays will be fulfilled the following business day.
Backordered Items
Backordered items are temporarily out of stock but available for purchase. When you place an order for a back-ordered item, we will order additional stock as soon as possible. Please note this may result in a 1–2 business day delay in fulfilling your order.
Shipping Delays During High Order Volume
Due to our small team, a sudden increase in orders may cause slight delays in processing and shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times. Rest assured, we are committed to fulfilling all orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care you expect.

Shipping to the United States
For faster delivery, we offer Express Shipping directly from Japan via FedEx. These options usually ensure delivery within one week or less from shipment.
International Shipping
For faster delivery, we offer Express Shipping directly from Japan via FedEx (United States and Canada) and DHL (All other countries). These options usually ensure delivery within 2 to 7 business days after shipment.
Domestic Shipping
Orders within Japan typically take 1 to 2 business days to deliver once they have been shipped from our facility.

Our packages are shipped with DHL, FedEx, and Yamato (Domestic Delivery).
