Most highlighters are designed around thick, coated paper. The Any Liner was built around the paper people actually use: thin notebook sheets, photocopied printouts, dictionary pages. The problem is standard highlighter ink soaks through thin fibers and bleeds to the back side, making notes unreadable.

KOKUYO's answer was a hollow micro-particle ink structure. The pigment particles are engineered to sit on the paper surface rather than penetrating the fiber, dramatically reducing bleed-through without sacrificing color vibrancy. The twin-tip body puts two widths in one pen: the 4mm chisel for blocking out headings or passages, and a narrower tip (fine or 2mm, depending on the version) for underlining a single line or adding detail.

The 15-color range is organized into three distinct palettes: high-contrast neon for study and review marking, soft pastels for pages where you want color without visual noise, and a smoky muted range suited to journaling and planner layouts where subtlety matters.
