Behind the Design

The Mono Twin E is built around a simple idea: two tip sizes in one body, so you don't need to carry separate pens for broad marking and fine detail work. The broad end uses a wool felt tip for wide, consistent strokes across rough or textured surfaces, while the fine acrylic tip holds its point for precise lines and labeling.

The body is molded from recycled polypropylene resin, reflecting Tombow's ongoing materials approach in everyday writing products. Oil-based ink means marks stay put on non-paper surfaces like packaging tape, cardboard boxes, metal, and plastic without smearing or fading under light handling.

A twin-tip oil-based marker with a broad wool felt tip on one end and a fine acrylic tip on the other, so you get two line weights in a single pen. The barrel is made from recycled polypropylene resin, and the ink works on most surfaces including cardboard, plastic, and metal.
