Behind the Design

MEMONO vol.1 takes its cues from makeup palettes: the memo sheets are arranged in a flat, compartmented case so you can see all 8 designs at once and pull out whichever suits the moment. Each sheet is printed with a different design on the front and back, effectively doubling the design count without adding bulk.

The four design themes in vol.1 range from nostalgic cafe scenes and dreamy illustration to soft animal motifs and botanical flower language imagery. At 280 sheets across 3 sizes, the set is meant to stay on a desk as a functional display as much as a stationery supply.
