The MD Calendar Wall-Hanging Bi-fold grew out of the same design philosophy behind the MD Notebook: reduce everything to what is necessary, and leave room for the rest. The result is a calendar with no decorative elements beyond the grid itself, just 12 months of dates arranged with Monday as the week's anchor, and a generous margin below each month for notes, sketches, and anything else that needs a place to land.

The paper choice is deliberate. MD Paper thick type, used for the interior pages, is the same stock as the endpapers of the standard MD Notebook. At roughly twice the thickness of regular MD Paper, it holds up under fountain pen ink without feathering, and accepts paint and brush markers without the page warping. The cover stepped up to MD Paper extra-thick type, giving the folded calendar a more substantial feel when stored flat or carried.

The bi-fold format means it hangs on a wall during the month and folds down to a compact flat sheet for storage or transport. No spiral wire, no holes punched through months. The stitch binding keeps it light and minimal.
