The phrase "yama wo haru" (山を張る) is a common Japanese idiom for gambling on which questions will show up on an exam. KOKUYO took that expression literally and turned it into a sticky-note system shaped like mountains.

The two sizes do real organizational work: Boss Mountain marks the highest-priority topics, while the smaller Mob Mountains flag supporting material. Lined up along the top of a page, the notes form a skyline that gives a visual read of which sections need the most attention before a test.

The four limited designs each add a small illustrated scene at the foot of the mountain. The Mt. Fuji version features hikers and animals on the slopes; the Ancient Mountain design hides illustrated dinosaurs in the foothills. Sand Dune and Iceberg carry the same spirit into different landscapes, making each design a quiet collectible within the Campus stationery line.
