The 167B was designed around a simple frustration: hobby saws that wobble. The collar-and-chuck fixing system clamps the blade firmly so there is no play during the cut, which matters most when you are working on thin balsa, fine wood strip, or detailed model parts where a wandering blade ruins the piece.

The handle body is nylon resin reinforced with 20% glass fiber, keeping it rigid without adding much weight, while the synthetic rubber over-grip absorbs vibration and keeps the saw from slipping even during longer sessions. The blade swap is straightforward: rotate the holder to open the collar, pull the blade, insert the new one, and tighten. No tools needed.

Beyond the two included blades, the 167B accepts seven additional replacement blade types, the same range compatible with OLFA's Art Knife Pro line, so the handle can stay in rotation for different materials and cut types without needing a separate tool for each task.
