Behind the Design

KOKUYO ME is a line built around self-expression in everyday stationery, and the Flat Pouch ME carries that through in its color palette. The "Tennis" colorway draws from the yellow-green tones of a tennis ball, giving it a distinctive look among the series' sport-inspired options.

The pouch is kept intentionally flat and minimal at 23mm deep, which keeps it from bulging in a bag. The side-opening zip is the key functional decision here: rather than a standard top zipper that forces you to fish around blindly, the wide lateral opening lays the contents out for a clear view. The sewn construction means small dimensional variations are expected, which is a normal trade-off for this type of fabric construction.
