The Diorama 2.5D Sticker series from BGM works on a simple principle: small stickers, layered in the right order, read as a three-dimensional scene rather than a flat image. Each design comes with a completion guide so you can follow the intended depth sequence, placing background elements first and foreground details last.

The four scenes in this release are all instantly recognizable slices of everyday Japanese life. A kissaten with its retro counter seating, a lively izakaya after dark, the fluorescent aisles of a convenience store, and the lantern-lit energy of a summer matsuri. The hexagonal backing sheet gives the finished piece a tidy, frameable shape, and the plain reverse side means the result can be sent as a card rather than kept as a display piece. The series debuted at events before its May 2025 retail launch and drew attention from a wide age range, which makes sense: the assembly process is methodical enough to hold focus without being frustrating.
