The 134B sits in OLFA's Eco Series, built around a three-layer PVC construction: a firm core laminated between two softer outer layers. That softness at the surface is deliberate. When a cutter blade meets a rigid mat, the tip takes the full impact and dulls quickly. The soft outer layer absorbs some of that force, which slows blade wear and keeps each cut feeling clean for longer.

Both sides are fully usable, each with its own color so you can track which face has seen more use. The 1cm grid is printed on both sides and includes reference outlines for postcard, B5, and A4 formats. The recycled PVC content is consistent with OLFA's GPN-compliant Eco line. One practical note: the material is sensitive to heat and solvents, so keep it away from hot surfaces and never clean it with alcohol or thinner-based products, as either can warp the mat or lift the printed grid.
