Smart Campus is KOKUYO's answer to a very specific complaint: standard notebooks are thicker and heavier than they need to be for everyday use. By engineering a 60g/㎡ woodfree paper that still resists bleed-through, KOKUYO trimmed the bulk without sacrificing the writing experience the Campus line is known for.

The dot-ruled format adds a layer of guidance that pure horizontal ruling cannot. The evenly spaced dots sit at each line intersection, giving writers a subtle vertical reference for aligning diagrams, bullet points, or structured notes, without the visual weight of a full grid. It is a format that has become popular in Japan for academic note-taking where both text and quick sketches share the same page.

The 5-notebook pack exists for practical continuity: students and office workers who rely on Campus notebooks daily can stock up in one purchase and cycle through a set of color-coded covers to separate subjects or projects.
