Behind the Design

Ultra-low viscosity oil-based ink sits between traditional oil-based and water-based gel inks. It flows more freely than conventional oil-based formulas, reducing the skip and blobbing associated with standard ballpoint ink, while still resisting water and drying out more slowly than gel. The stainless steel tip at 0.5mm keeps the line width fine, which is less common for oil-based refills that typically start at 0.7mm. This refill is purpose-built for the ZOOM L105.

The BR-VLE33 is an ultra-low viscosity oil-based refill for the Tombow ZOOM L105 ballpoint pen. The 0.5mm stainless steel tip delivers a finer, smoother line than standard oil-based refills, making it a worthwhile replacement when your current ink runs out.
