Behind the Design

The Gochisou valo series is a collaboration between Furukawashiko and valo, an illustrator known for soft, appetite-whetting drawings of breakfast spreads and sweets. "Gochisou" is a Japanese word said before and after a meal, carrying a sense of gratitude for good food.

This A5 clear file translates that warmth into an everyday carry item. The two-pocket format is a deliberate choice: one pocket for documents you need to act on, one for things to keep, so nothing gets buried. At A5, it slots into a bag without the bulk of A4 filing.

A two-pocket A5 clear file from Furukawashiko's Gochisou valo collaboration, featuring breakfast and sweets illustrations by the artist valo. The two separate pockets let you keep documents, tickets, and receipts sorted without mixing them together.
