This cover was originally made to protect the Nombre Notebook, which ships with a paper cover rather than a hard or reinforced binding. The transparent PVC construction keeps the original cover art visible while adding a layer of protection against wear and moisture.

The large exterior pocket matches the full A5 footprint, so it can hold loose sheets, inserts, or extra pages flat without folding. The left-hand-friendly layout addresses a gap in most notebook covers, which typically position pockets and openings for right-handed use.
