Behind the Design

The Fine Writer refill is built around KOKUYO's resin tip with micro slits, a structure that channels ink from reservoir to paper through capillary action rather than pressure. This produces a light, consistent flow without the resistance common to ballpoint or felt-tip writing.

The resin tip retains a small degree of flex, which is what allows it to respond to variations in stroke pressure. Pull a thin entry stroke, push into a broader sweep, and the line width shifts accordingly. That responsiveness is what separates it from standard fiber-tip refills. This replacement refill keeps all of that behavior intact, in Blue-Black, Black, or Green.
