The Michiru series takes its name from the Japanese word for the waxing moon, and each calendar tracks lunar phases through the year as its central design element. Replug developed the series around the idea that a calendar could function as a piece of wall art, with the moon's shape pressed into textured paper through embossing rather than simply printed on it.

Three editions sit within the same format. The standard Michiru uses embossed paper with a pleasant tactile surface, and the color palette shifts through soft seasonal tones each month. Michiru Kira adds gold foil stamping to the embossed moon, using a calm, restrained gold rather than a bright metallic, keeping the overall impression minimal. Michiru oboro draws from the Japanese concept of "oboro-zuki," the hazy moon seen through spring clouds, and uses silver foil on greige paper to suggest that filtered, atmospheric quality.

All three are printed flat and shipped flat, avoiding the curl that rolled calendars can develop. The lunar phase motif connects to practices like tide-watching, moon-cycle wellness routines, and crystal or stone work, and the series is positioned for both home and shop settings where that context fits naturally.
